About the YISF

The goal of the competition is to create an environment for international science communication and to present secondary school students’ research paper results.

The competition is held in the following categories:

– mathematics, computer science and information technology;

– physics, astronomy and engineering;

– life sciences, environmental sciences and chemistry;

– social sciences and humanities.

“YISF2025 timeline:
• Registration until May 15th, 2025;
• Event dates – from 6th to 9th July 2025.

YISF2025 format: online project presentations and online poster competition “public choice”.

To register for participation in the Competition educational organizations must send an application form to yisf-yakutsk@mail.ru and fill in the electronic registration form per each project submitting:
– an abstract of a research paper;
– an electronic poster layout:

Согласие субъекта (участника олимпиады) на обработку персональных данных

Я

даю своё согласие организатору Международной школьной научной конференции-конкурса (Yakutia International Science Fair) ГАУ ДО РС (Я) «Малая академия наук РС (Я)», расположенному по адресу: 678011, Республика Саха (Якутия) Хангаласский улус, с. Чапаево, ул. Г. Саввина, д. 1, телефон/факс: (44) 24-562, e-mail: forum_oktem@mail.ru, (далее — «Оператор»), на обработку своих персональных данных на следующих условиях:

  1. Даю согласие на обработку, как с использованием средств автоматизации, так и без использования таких средств, персональных данных, т. е. совершение в том числе следующих действий: сбор, запись, систематизацию, накопление, хранение, уточнение (обновление, изменение), извлечение, использование, распространение (передачу), публикацию, обезличивание, блокирование, удаление, уничтожение своих персональных данных.
  2. Перечень персональных данных, передаваемых оператору на обработку:
  • фамилия, имя, отчество;
  • год, месяц, дата рождения;
  • образовательное учреждение и его адрес, класс;
  • сведения о состоянии здоровья;
  • паспортные данные (серия, номер, сведения о дате выдаче указанного документа и выдаваемом его органе, сведения о прописке);
  • фотографии для архива Малой академии наук РС (Я).
  1. Согласие даётся субъектом персональных данных с целью участия в Международной школьной научной конференции-конкурсе (Yakutia International Science Fair), проводимом Оператором.
  2. Даю согласие на передачу персональных данных третьим лицам и получение моих персональных данных от третьих лиц: Министерство образования и науки Республики Саха (Якутия), Министерство образования и науки Российской Федерации, а также других учреждений и организаций, принимающих участие в проведении Международной школьной научной конференции-конкурса (Yakutia International Science Fair), для достижения вышеуказанных целей.
  3. В целях информационного обеспечения согласен на включение в общедоступные источники, а также публикацию в информационно-коммуникационной сети «Интернет» следующих персональных данных:
  • фамилия, инициалы;
  • класс;
  • название команды (регион РФ/страна);
  • количество набранных баллов и статус участника.
  1. Обработка персональных данных (за исключением хранения) прекращается по достижению цели обработки и прекращения обязательств по заключённым договорам и соглашениям.

6.1. Персональные данные подлежат хранению в течение сроков, установленных законодательством РФ.

6.2. После завершения обработки персональные данные уничтожаются.

6.3. Я могу отозвать настоящее согласие путём направления письменного заявления Оператору. В этом случае Оператор прекращает обработку персональных данных, а персональные данные подлежат уничтожению, если отсутствуют иные правовые основания для обработки, установленные законодательством РФ.

Consent to personal data processing

hereby consent to the processing of my below given personal data which personal data I hereby voluntarily provide to the "Sakha Junior Science Academy" State-Funded Autonomous Institution of Additional Education of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) located at: 1, Savvina St., Chapaevo village, Khangalassky ulus, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), 678011, phone/fax: (44) 24-562, e-mail: forum_oktem@mail.ru, (далее — «Оператор»), (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator") - under the following conditions:

  1. I consent to my personal data to be collected, recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored, adjusted (updated, modified), retrieved, used, transferred, published, depersonalized, blocked, deleted, erased both using automation tools and without using such tools.
  2. List of personal data transferred to the Operator for processing:
  • first name, patronymic (if any), last name;
  • date of birth;
  • educational organization and its address, grade;
  • health information;
  • national identity document data /passport details (passport number, the date of issue, the date of expiry, the place of issue);
  • photos for the archive of the Sakha Junior Science Academy.
  1. The personal data subject gives consent to participate in the Yakutia International Science Fair held by the Operator.
  2. I consent to the transfer of my personal data to third parties and the receipt of my personal data from the third parties: the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, as well as other institutions and organizations participating in the Yakutia International Science Fair, to achieve the above goals.
  3. I agree that the following personal data provided can be included in publicly available sources, as well as published on the Internet:
  • surname, initials;
  • grade;
  • country;
  • the number of points scored and the status of the participant.
  1. Processing of personal data (with the exception of storage) is terminated when the goal of processing is achieved.

6.1. Personal data is subject to storage within the time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.2. After the processing is completed, the personal data is destroyed.

6.3. I may withdraw the Consent provided the written application has been sent to the Operator in due course. In this case, the Operator stops processing personal data, and personal data is subject to destruction if there are no other legal grounds for processing established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
