What you need to do now
All participants are required to confirm their participation by June 15, 2026:
- Participants from foreign countries — confirm participation via this link: https://forms.gle/iL9JKsHrYeuj3kXZ6. In the confirmation form, upload a photo (a team photo is fine) and a “calling card” — a team introduction video no longer than 1 minute.
- Participants from other regions of Russia — send the following by email to yisf-yakutsk@mail.ru: a formal/business photo, a consent form for the processing of personal data, and a “calling card” — a team introduction video no longer than 1 minute.

- Participants from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) — confirm participation via this link: https://forms.yandex.ru/u/6a20c92590fa7b59b9a14a77/. In the confirmation form, upload a formal/business photo, a personal data consent form, the receipt for payment of the registration fee, a copy of your passport or birth certificate, and a “calling card” — a team introduction video no longer than 1 minute.
